Glory
Jesus spoke these words, lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may gloryy You, as You have gwen Hun authorty over all flesh, that He should gie eternal life to as many as You have given Him.." ... John 1: 1-2 NKJV
Today, as we meditate on this portion of scripture, we note the word "glory" is used five times in John 1:1 5. These scriptures establish that God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, share the same glory. Jesus' most significant moment of suffering (The Cross) becomes the Father's glory. May we never forget the glory accomplished at Calvary.
