Pastoral Appreciation Day!
Grace & Peace to everyone!
We hope this message finds you well and filled with joy! As we approach Pastor Appreciation Day, we wanted to take a moment to personally invite you to join us in honoring and celebrating our beloved pastor, Bishop Frank A. White.
Through it all, Bishop FAW has been unwavering in pouring love, wisdom, and support into each of our lives. His dedication to our spiritual journeys and countless hours spent praying for us cannot be measured.
On November 3, we will gather together to express our gratitude and appreciation for the invaluable impact Bishop FAW has on our lives and in our church. This day is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together as a congregation, and community to show our love, and share our heartfelt messages of thanks.
We will have a special service followed by a gathering where we can connect, share stories, enjoy refreshments, and express our gratitude in many ways. Feel free to bring cards, notes, or any gifts you want to share!
Let’s make this celebration one that Bishop will always remember. Together, we can show just how much he means to us and the positive difference he has made in our lives.
Thank you for considering joining us on this special day. Do not discount the impact your ministry of presence will have on Bishop's heart. Your presence will surely add to the joy of the occasion! We look forward to seeing you!

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month…
Domestic Violence Awareness Month is a time for reflection, support, and action. It serves as a reminder that millions of individuals endure the pain of abuse behind closed doors, often feeling isolated and powerless. This month, we honor those who have suffered and those who have bravely sought help and healing through our "The Repairer of Broken Walls Ministry."
It's important to recognize that domestic violence knows no boundaries—it affects individuals of all ages, races, and backgrounds. Raising awareness is crucial, not only to educate ourselves but also to empower victims to find their voices and reclaim their lives.
If you or someone you know is struggling, remember that help is available. Reach out to trusted friends, family, or organizations that specialize in supporting survivors. Together, we can create a community that fosters understanding, compassion, and action against violence. Let's break the silence and stand in solidarity with those affected, working towards a future where everyone feels safe and valued in their homes.
Please accept my personal invitation to join us at Zion Cathedral COGIC in October. It is our mission to do more than talk about it. You are not alone, and there is hope for a brighter tomorrow.
